Sherlock has:

an armchair by the fire
an expression of unreasonable cheer
a mug of cold-pressed coffee
a truly impressive collection of hickeys, accented by a well-bitten lip that only recently stopped bleeding.

Sherlock gathers him in for a chilly, comfortable kiss.

He is never, never getting over how good this feels.

Matt kisses back with enthusiasm.

"I," he says when the kiss eventually breaks, "would like to fuck you. Do you find that an amenable experiment?"

"... Oh," he says, feeling-- in addition to mildly feverish-- a little weak in the knees.

"Yes. Absolutely. Is it ... safe?"

It certainly felt like his internal body temperature could freeze out a few diseases.

"Yes. The bar has thoughtfully provided supplies; I found them last time."

Matt blinks.

"Aces."

Oh, Bar. You're a classy lady.

"Then yes."

He gives Matt a quick celebratory kiss and reaches for the nightstand.

Matt finds himself shifting closer to get closer to the sensation of cold. Maybe strictly speaking he should be touching only when touched or something, he's not sure.

Also, he is very curious to see what bar's provided.

"Spontaneous input," Sherlock says mildly.

Bar seems to have provided them with perfectly ordinary-looking condoms and lube, although not of any recognizable brand.

... Damn.

Matt stills.

"Harder than I thought," he murmurs, rueful.

He smiles and settles in next to Matt again, laying his prizes on the pillow.

"Kiss me," he instructs.

Happy to be pitched an easy one, Matt leans in.

Sherlock kisses him lightly, softly, in no hurry.

And Matt follows his lead, taking a moment to ... relax. Listen.

He doesn't need to direct his action, just now.

Indeed. That's Sherlock's job. And he's taking his time about it, because why not? They have time to spare.

As he kisses him, grateful for the cold and monitoring himself (he can't not) for signs of spontaneous input, he reflects that ... yes. This could work.

He sighs softly into his mouth.

"That kind of input," he murmurs, "is entirely acceptable."

Matt smiles.

"Oh ...

Good."

"Mm. Quite."

He draws Matt closer, kisses him softly, and contemplates their immediate future.

Matt makes another soft pleased noise as he shifts closer--

Though only as far as he's being drawn.

Sherlock smiles approvingly and rewards him with another lingering kiss.

These kisses, and this cold.

Relax ...

They're verrry helpful.

Matt's too warm to leave his own head, but he can feel himself unwinding pleasantly. It's nice.

His hand drifts down to Matt's hip.

That touch instantly shifts everything from relax, relax, to more more now please.

Matt gasps.

He wants to rub against his fingers; he wants to pull his mouth away and suck at whatever he can reach; for the moment, he doesn't do either, but it's an effort.

"Perfect," says Sherlock, squeezing once and then letting go. "Lie back, now."

He's only done this once before, but that one experience was highly informative.
